On the afternoon of 10\/17, the webinar “BPM in the Era of Experience Centrality” with Gart Capote<\/strong> was held on Interact Solutions’ YouTube<\/a> channel. The webinar gathered over 400 registrants<\/strong> and featured the participation of Fernando Estrada<\/a>, Director of Interact Latam<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The free online event addressed the importance of viewing process management from the customer’s experience perspective<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Over the years, many things have changed\u2014the emergence of BPM and the Customer Journey<\/strong>, for instance, have brought about shifts in consumer behavior. This has drawn the two concepts closer together, to the point where process professionals must delve deeper to map, optimize, and automate processes efficiently from the customer\u2019s point of view.<\/p>\n

This topic is also the focus of Gart Capote\u2019s<\/a> new book, BPMX. More than just a topic, it represents a new stage for professionals, practices, technologies, and organizations that understand the need to adapt to changes in order to thrive in this new era<\/strong>, filled with diverse technologies and increasingly sensitive to human perceptions and the way social relationships evolve.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith BPMX, BPM will no longer be the work of \u2018the people who model boxes.\u2019 The new process and experience analyst will engage in broader and more significant organizational matters,\u201d says Gart.<\/p>\n

Partnership between Interact and Gart Capote<\/h2>\n

The partnership between Interact and Gart Capote began in December 2023,<\/a> making him the Official Interact Ambassador Worldwide<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

This partnership marked a new era in Interact\u2019s journey of continuously expanding knowledge<\/strong> and delivering more information and technology to the market<\/strong>. The new version features updates and improvements in its layout<\/strong> and in the Customer Journey mapping functionality<\/strong>, created in partnership with Interact\u2019s Ambassador, Gart Capote.<\/p>\n

Among the new features, we highlight Kanban for Project Management<\/strong> and Roadmap for Governance<\/strong> tools.<\/p>\n
