On May 22, the Interact BPM Hackathon<\/strong> took place in Belo Horizonte<\/strong>, Brazil, for an exclusive in-person edition.<\/p>\n

The FIEMG System<\/a> hosted this edition of the BPM Hackathon, which brought together more than 150 registered<\/strong>, including professionals and students from areas related to process management.<\/p>\n

The event program featured lectures by experts such as Ana Catarina Lima Silva<\/a>\u2014a Brazilian reference in governance; Gart Capote<\/a>\u2014Interact brand ambassador and creator of Organizational Nexialism; and Viviane H\u00e9rica<\/a>\u2014President of ABPMP Brazil<\/a> and an innovation specialist.<\/p>\n

The lectures addressed essential topics to prepare participants for the challenges that took place throughout the day. After all, when new experiences come together, new possibilities emerge.<\/p>\n

Speaking of experiences, the BPM Hackathon stage also welcomed Nat\u00e1lia L\u00e1-Badi\u00e9 Dolabela<\/a>, a specialist in process management, quality, and ISO certifications, who serves as Process and Certification Manager at Minas Minera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>, an Interact client.<\/p>\n

Nat\u00e1lia shared Interact\u2019s success case with Minas Minera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, highlighting the strategies used to achieve ISO 9001 certification and demonstrate adherence to ISO 31000 in just over one year. Read the full case study by clicking here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Throughout the eight-hour program, participants were divided into groups with the goal of solving a challenge faced by a fictional company experiencing issues related to process standardization<\/strong>, excessive rework, delays in approvals, and reliance on manual activities.<\/p>\n

\u201cParticipating in this event was incredible and transformative, as combining innovation with processes always leads to very positive outcomes. I was able to learn in practice how to bring innovation and improvement to processes,\u201d said participant Cristhiany Cruz.<\/p>\n

Mait\u00ea Lampert Nieland<\/a>, Process Analyst at Interact Latam<\/a>, served as the event facilitator and coordinated the day\u2019s activities. Although this was not her first time participating in an Interact BPM Hackathon, she believes that one of the greatest advantages of taking part in the event is the exchange among people from different areas and the speed of learning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cSupporting the organization and serving as a facilitator at the BPM Hackathon always turns into a moment of rich exchange. One of the things I enjoy most is seeing how a small prompt or tip helps someone connect concepts that may seem far removed from reality with everyday challenges,\u201d Mait\u00ea stated.<\/p>\n

The Interact BPM Hackathon has become part of Interact\u2019s official events calendar<\/strong> and is now in its 6th edition. Over the years, it has welcomed participants from more than 20 countries<\/strong>\u2014including in-person editions\u2014and has reached a total of over 2,000 participants across all editions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cParticipating in the BPM Hackathon was a very special and enriching experience, especially as it marked the first in-person edition of the BPM Hackathon in Brazil. Without a doubt, it is a very significant milestone for Interact,\u201d highlights Aline Betinelli<\/a>, Events Analyst at Interact.<\/p>\n

Rodrigo Meister<\/a>, Director of Interact Evolution<\/a> in Belo Horizonte, highlights the importance of events like this in the region to promote innovation, professional development, and connections between companies and professionals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt was very positive to see people with different backgrounds working together to develop solutions, exchange knowledge, and tackle real challenges in a practical and collaborative way. This type of initiative strengthens not only the culture of process management but also the city\u2019s innovation ecosystem,\u201d Meister emphasized.<\/p>\n

For Interact, promoting events such as these is part of its business strategy<\/strong>. After all, for ideas and new solutions to advance, they depend on meetings, exchanges, and points of contact that reveal new paths and new possibilities.<\/p>\n
