On October 14, Interact Day took place at AME – Association of Ecuadorian Municipalities, in Quito.

The hybrid workshop brought together 30 employees of the institution, 12 in person and 18 via Teams, to deepen their knowledge of using Interact Suite in support of AME’s Corporate Governance Management System (SGGC).

The meeting is part of the training and certification plan of the project to implement and strengthen the SGGC that AME is developing with Interact and its local partner Infoquality.

The focus of this Interact Day was the creation and use of information dashboards. Participants learned how Interact Suite’s Dashboard, Panel, and Mural features make it possible to organize and graphically represent strategic and performance information, making it easier to interpret and track indicators, results, and action plans.

Complementary tools of the platform were also presented, aimed at expanding the analysis and use of the information already recorded in the system, so that teams have a clearer and more timely view of institutional management.

A Participatory Meeting

The hybrid format allowed employees from various areas to participate actively, both in person and virtually. The numerous questions and contributions about how to use the features and apply them to AME’s reality turned the workshop into a space for direct exchange with the Interact team.

The workshop was led by Iván Lasso, Projects Director, and Maite Lampert Nieland, International Projects Consultant at Interact Latam. In person, it featured the participation of Boris Valencia, CEO of Infoquality, an Interact partner, who led the in-person activities and helped resolve questions and the practical cases that were worked through.
