Interact has officialized the addition to the\u00a0Cluster of Technologies for Health-RS<\/a>. With membership, Interact becomes the 110th institution to join the entity. On July 12, The Director of Clients and Services, Jo\u00e3o Alex Fritsch, and the Financial Administrative Supervisor of Interact, Arlete Wasem, attended a meeting of the group. The occasion was attended by the governor of the state, Jos\u00e9 Ivo Sartori.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Cluster of Technologies for Health-RS<\/a>\u00a0is a development program, which brings together the main public and private agents to act in the production of high impact technologies in the improvement of human health. The main objective is to competitively insert Rio Grande do Sul as a recognized supplier in the national and international markets.<\/p>\n

The group integrates the areas of Health and Engineering in technological innovation projects. The actions stem from partnerships between members \u2013 universities, companies, researchers, health professionals, state government and the Medical Valley, in the Nuremberg metropolitan region of Germany. It is the only cluster in the field of medical technology and one of the 15 German clusters of excellence, according to the assessment of the German government.<\/p>\n

Excellence in the health sector<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The health sector is the main niche covered by Interact technologies, with 52.7% of the total number of customers. Currently, 14 of them are accredited by the\u00a0Joint Commission International<\/a>. Eight other hospitals have\u00a0Accreditation Canada International (ACI)<\/a>, a certification based on an international quality standard methodology.<\/p>\n

Five Interact clients stood out in the latest\u00a0Ranking of Clinics and Hospitals in Latin America<\/a>, promoted annually by Am\u00e9ricaEconom\u00eda Intelligence, one of the leading Latin American business publications. Among them, two are among the five best hospital institutions.<\/p>\n

Among Interact\u2019s healthcare customers, 23.8% are accredited by the\u00a0National Accreditation Organization (ONA)<\/a>. Half of them have already won Level 3 \u2013 Accredited with Excellence, the highest level established by ONA. They represent 6.4% of the total number of organizations accredited in Brazilian territory.<\/p>\n

Interact owns the\u00a0Suite SA Strategic Adviser<\/a>, a set of more than 20 management systems present in more than 300 organizations in Latin America.
