Interact completes project with Carsa do Paraguay

Specialist in risk management in the financial sector, Carsa hired Interact with the main objective of digitally and automatically managing the organization's strategies.

Interact Latam completed the Interact Suite SA implementation project at Carsa, in Asuncion, Paraguay. Specialist in risk management in the financial sector, the company hired the SA Governance Manager module with the main objective of digitally and automatically managing the organization’s strategies.

Interact’s system was contracted in 2022. Carsa was looking for a platform to work on its strategic planning, based on the Balanced Scorecard methodology. The implementation of the system lasted about 4 months, carried out jointly with InQuality, a local partner of Interact Latam in Paraguay.

The consultants responsible for the implementation were Marcela Benitez and Marcos Benitez, from InQuality, and Iván Lasso, from Interact Latam. According to them, the project included 16 interview sessions, more than 200 management indicators implemented, 48 action plans, 19 structured areas within the platform, 59 registered users and more than 2,100 hours of work.

According to Marcos Benitez, the success of the project was possible thanks to the excellent work of the multidisciplinary team formed to implement the solution. The entire project was managed in an agile way, according to the Scrum agile framework. For him, this management allowed flexibility and adaptation to the dynamic needs of the client. In addition, technical and functional training was carried out both for the company’s command team and for the business areas, which ensured the understanding and good adoption of the solution.
