Today, on the 8th, Interact RS completes the eighth year of work with solutions for corporate management. Founded by Roberto Meister, the Unit today is located on the premises of Interact Bridges, in the center of Lajeado (RS). The space also houses the Interact Group’s National and International Business areas, in addition to the Communication and Marketing area and the Interact Studio, a place for recording videos, broadcasts and training.
The history of Interact RS mixes with Roberto’s trajectory. During the Business School, attended at the University of Vale do Taquari between 1998 and 2003, he worked as a business consultant, with support in restructuring and business expansion. During this period, he approached João Alex Fritsch, who at the time was the manager of all Interact projects and deliveries and who, later, would become the Director of Customers and Services.
In 2006, Roberto joined João Alex’s team and started his journey at Interact. “The company was on a growth wave and there were many projects to be carried out. I joined as a Project Consultant, preferably serving Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina ”, he recalls. In this role, he worked for approximately five years, when a new opportunity arose.
Formation of RS
In mid-2008, Interact Solutions launched its franchise program. Subsequently, it became the current Distribution Channel Program. With the format in place, Roberto identified an opportunity for growth based on the previous experience acquired as a business consultant and the know-how obtained as a project consultant at Interact.
In 2012, Interact RS was born. The first customer won was Martiplast, a plastic manufacturing industry in Caxias do Sul. Currently, it serves a list of almost 50 public and private organizations. The most representative segment is the health area, followed by the industrial and academic sectors. In total, more than 100 bases are installed, with customers spread over eight states in Brazil.
As of 2019, Interact Focus was incorporated by Interact RS. This merger led to the appointment of the Director of Business Manager Paulo Antunes, with 16 years of experience in the commercial area of the Interact Group. Today the Unit’s work team is made up of Roberto Meister, Paulo Antunes, Carine Fuchs, Letícia Lohmann and Michael Thompson. The Unit has three principles: (1) appreciation of the team, (2) attention and agility in customer service and (3) transparency in business relations.
