After 32 hours of work, the team of consultants from Interact Latam has completed the Strategic Check-List project at the facilities of our client, CARSA, in Paraguay, last Wednesday, July 18th. The consultancy service in a hybrid format (virtual and in-person) has had a positive impact on the organization’s Strategic Planning. This project is part of the semi-annual performance review process of strategic planning indicators.
The Strategic Check-List had a focus centered on understanding the company’s current situation. It was divided into four key moments: Where are we?, Where do we want to go?, How are we progressing towards that?, What are we measuring and why? During the project, more than 15 areas were addressed, including Sales Administrative Management, Collections, Portfolio, Corporate, Legal, Risks, Human Talent, Finance, among others. Thanks to these points, we have been able to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies with a clear and defined approach.
Throughout the project, Interact’s consultants applied good practices of strategic and operational management, supported by the Interact platform (SA Governance Manager), which was contracted by CARSA in 2022. The implemented methodology consisted of three fundamental stages: “Analysis”, “Survey” and “Conclusions”, which were subsequently divided into “Strategic Definitions”, “Strategies and Action Plan”, “Control System”, and “Continuous Improvement”.
Among the tools and functionalities used, which are integrated into the Interact system (SA Governance Manager), are highlighted the critical analysis event, the canvas, Ishikawa diagram, SWOT analysis, 5 whys analysis, strategic themes, vectors, and the risk map, among others. These tools have been key to achieving an accurate diagnosis and establishing effective action plans.

“During the performance review process of our strategic indicators corresponding to the first semester of 2023, we have identified the need to have a high-level strategic and operational technical team to support us with the incorporation of a review methodology and, at the same time, provide us with tools to review the corporate strategies defined in the construction of the corporate planning.
