During the week of August 18 to 22, representatives from Interact Latam traveled to Ecuador for a strategic agenda with clients and partners.
The first days were dedicated to the project of the client FIAS, Fondo de Inversión Ambiental y Sostenible, which is initiating subcomponents 3 and 4 of business architecture and 3Ps, working on process mapping together with the internal team.
Taking advantage of the visit to the country, the Interact Latam teams and their partners visited clients Atuntaqui, Laboratorios Bagó, AME, and EPMR.
Towards the end of the week, they also participated in the client AME’s event, with another edition of BPM Day for 60 attendees. AME is an institution that represents and strengthens Ecuador’s 221 municipalities, providing technical assistance, training, and support to improve local governance, promote decentralization, and ensure efficient public services for citizens.
