Customer Support Analyst

It will be important to meet the following requirements:

  • Ongoing or completed technical course in the IT field or ongoing undergraduate studies in the area;
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems;
  • Basic knowledge in Database Management;
  • Experience in the support field;
  • Spanish and/or English (desirable).

 

Here, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Installation and configuration of the product;
  • Customer service (technical and conceptual support);
  • Documentation;
  • Product update.
