On September 18–19, the 20th PMI Rio Summit was held at the Prodigy Hotel in downtown Rio de Janeiro. Organized by PMI Brazil and PMI Rio de Janeiro, the event gathered leading market experts and professionals to debate the theme Artificial Intelligence: The Reinvention of Projects.
In this edition, in addition to being a sponsor, Interact also had the opportunity to present a success story together with its partner Renata Lopes, Director and Founder of Tecnologia Humana, and Mario Gagliardo, Information Technology Coordinator at DFL Indústria e Comércio SA, a client of Interact.
The presentation “Project Management as the Foundation for Risk Management” addressed the real case of adapting to the LGPD, whose greatest challenge was structuring DFL’s information security department. The process was guided by the concept of risk management and supported by integrated project management, using Interact Suite SA.
Tainá Klein, Project Consultant in the Client Project Area at Interact, highlights the importance of gatherings like this to connect people, share learnings, and strengthen the community of professionals in the field.
“Participating in the 20th PMI Rio Summit representing Interact was an extremely enriching experience. Being at the booth allowed me to meet professionals engaged in project management, present our work, and exchange valuable experiences and knowledge,” Tainá comments.
Interact had its own booth at the event and welcomed many visitors, including Interact partners such as André Lopes from Conceito Q.
“I believe there are many ways to multiply knowledge, and participating in events certainly stands out in this process. The PMI Rio Summit lived up to this expectation with its central theme, AI, the professionals selected for debates and presentations, and the pioneering role it plays in establishing Project Management Best Practices,” André emphasizes.
Interact’s engagement with institutions such as the PMIs, along with its participation in similar events, is part of the company’s strategic approach, which aims to contribute to the transformation of business management, as well as to demystify and promote best practices in project management.
