As of now, the new version of Interact Suite integrates Artificial Intelligence through Interact Aion. The new feature was announced on September 25 during the Interact Suite Release 26.3 Webinar.
The Interact Aion features are designed to transform business management through intelligent automation, strategic analysis, and information and data that support decision-making.
In addition, they help optimize organizations’ day-to-day operations, from corporate governance to process management, project management, incident management, risk management, and other areas of the organization.
“Interact Aion is much more than a set of technical capabilities. It acts as the organization’s strategic intelligence, embedded in the day-to-day operations of our solutions,” says Lucas Bellin, Interact’s Chief Technology Officer.

- Interact Document: The solution uses AI capabilities to optimize document management, helping improve documents, summarize information, and assist in drafting justifications, bringing greater agility and accuracy to daily operations.
- Interact Governance: Uses Artificial Intelligence through Interact Aion to support the organization’s strategic structure by generating recommendations, indicators, and action plans aligned with methodologies such as BSC and OKR.
- Interact Occurrence: In this solution, Interact Aion uses data processing technologies to enhance the management of incidents and records. It also provides intelligent tools for information analysis, decision-making support, and dynamic access to the company’s incident history.
- Interact Process: Includes AI-powered tools specifically designed to accelerate the creation of process steps, enhancing critical analysis of business processes, among other benefits.
