The 8th edition of the Congresso Catarinense de Gestão, Projetos e Liderança (CCGPL) took place on September 24 and 25 in Joinville, Santa Catarina.
Organized by PMI Santa Catarina, CCGPL is the largest event in Santa Catarina focused on management, project management, leadership, and organizational transformation. The event provided an immersive experience that brought together professionals, experts, executives, managers, and leaders from different sectors to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping the present and future of organizations.
In this edition, in addition to sponsoring the event, Interact had its own space to showcase Interact Suite solutions and also participated in the event’s program with a presentation.
A representative of Companhia Águas de Joinville, an Interact client, delivered the presentation “Companhia Águas de Joinville’s Journey to Transform Management Best Practices into Culture.”
Companhia Águas de Joinville is a public company owned by the municipality of Joinville, responsible for directly providing public water supply and wastewater services.
The case study shared the company’s experience with Interact Suite and how Interact’s solutions contributed to its initiative to transform management best practices into organizational culture.
The event’s program also featured prominent names in the field, including Dairton Bassi, Rodrigo Bianchetti, Kassem Mohamed El Syed, among others.
