In early October, the 21st edition of the PMI RIO Summit, hosted by PMI Rio de Janeiro, took place, and Interact was there.
The event is considered the most important management, leadership, and innovation event in Rio de Janeiro, bringing together professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts in the field of project management for lectures and workshops centered on the theme “The Future Is Human: Leading Change in the Age of AI.”

André Santos and Renata Souza, members of the Quality Management team at Fiocruz — an Interact customer — presented the case study “Digital Transformation in Quality Management: The Case of Fiocruz and Interact Suite.”
The presentation shared Fiocruz’s experiences with Interact Suite throughout its digital transformation project in Quality Management, highlighting the challenges faced and how the solutions offered by Interact helped make the project more effective in delivering results.
Over the two days of the event, the team received visits from customers, companies, and professionals interested in learning more about the solutions and about partnering with the company.
