Rede La Salle Success Story: Integrated Strategic Planning Management
Managing the strategic planning of an educational network requires more than defining objectives and goals. It is necessary to organize information, monitor indicators, and understand the results of different institutions in an integrated way.
This was the challenge faced by Rede La Salle, an educational organization present in 77 countries and operating at every level of education, from basic education to higher education. In Brazil, the network identified the need for technology dedicated to Strategic Planning Management, capable of centralizing data and increasing visibility across its different areas of operation.
How Can Indicators, Goals, and Strategic Information Be Integrated?
Before implementation, Rede La Salle needed to monitor indicators and goals, track different organizational perspectives, and view its results in an integrated manner.
To support this management process, La Salle University in Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul, began using Interact technology in 2010. At the end of 2016, the project was expanded across Rede La Salle in Brazil, covering basic education and higher education institutions, as well as administrative structures.
Based on this framework, strategic models were developed for the provincial project, higher education, and basic education. This work made it possible to consolidate information from different units and monitor financial, educational, and administrative indicators while considering the specific characteristics of each area within the network.
