In early June, the first edition of eBOK®luciona took place in Madrid, Spain. The conference, which will now be held annually, was organized by the IIBA Spain Chapter and ABPMP Spain, with a primary focus on Business Analysis and Process Management, integrating the BABOK® and BPM CBOK® frameworks.
Interact Europe, represented by Fernando Estrada – Director of International Business, participated in the event, which gathered experts, companies, and academic representatives to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of organizations.
Recognized as an important forum for knowledge exchange and innovation, the conference fostered discussions on trends, best practices, and strategies aimed at advancing business management.
Fernando also took part in a roundtable discussion on organizational transformation and operational excellence. During the session, he shared cases and experiences demonstrating how task automation can be connected to customer and citizen experience in real time.
In his presentation, he highlighted the relevance of the 3P’s methodology in aligning strategy, processes, and execution, contributing to more consistent and sustainable results in a dynamic and competitive environment.

The event is an initiative of the Escuela Politécnica Superior at Universidad Nebrija, in partnership with the IIBA® Spain Chapter and ABPMP® Spain.
The congress aims to create a meeting space for professionals, organizations, and other stakeholders interested in improving how decisions are made, processes are modeled, and value is generated within organizations.
Through collaboration between the disciplines of Business Analysis and Process Management, both communities promote an integrated vision in which strategic analysis and operational execution work together to drive more efficient, innovative, and results-oriented organizations.
