On September 8, ABPMP Brazil brought together professionals, specialists, and organizations for another edition of BPM Day, this time in Brasília – DF.
The event’s program featured renowned professionals such as Kay Winkler — partner of Interact Latam and President of ABPMP Central America and Caribbean, Viviane Hérica — President of ABPMP Brazil and partner of Interact Solutions, and Anderson Pereira — Business Executive at Interact Nexus.
Anderson delivered the talk “Interact Aion: Redefining Governance and Processes in the Age of AI.” Interact Suite integrates artificial intelligence into its solutions through Interact Aion, whose features transform business management through intelligent automations, strategic analyses and insights, and data to support decision-making.
The central theme of BPM Day reflected on the breadth of process management, which goes far beyond flowcharts, bringing the discussion on BPM back to what actually happens within companies on a daily basis, with the aim of understanding why so many process transformation projects still fail.
As an official supporter of ABPMP Brazil since 2025, Interact was honored to attend and support the event. After all, initiatives like this one are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and contribute to the evolution of the market through technology, knowledge, and innovation.
Interact Nexus Is Interact’s New Unit
Interact Nexus is Interact’s new unit, focused on operations in the Federal District, Brazil.
The unit has been in operation since the beginning of this year (2026) and has three professionals dedicated to offering Interact’s solutions to companies in the region.
