Interact Flow reaches version 8.0

Recently, Interact Flow, Interact’s free solution launched in 2022, reached version 8.0! The new version comes packed with new features and improvements to existing functionalities, aiming to continuously enhance the user experience on the platform.

Over the past two years, the Interact Solutions product team has dedicated increased efforts to expanding the solution by adding more functionalities. Furthermore, the partnership with Gart Capote, formalized at the end of 2023, accelerated the solution’s progress through practical enhancements — such as making Interact Flow available as an installable version.

In this latest release, a new stage of the Customer Journey was introduced: Describe Changes. Altogether, Flow now includes four stages of Gart Capote’s CCBXD Method, which can be executed directly through the tool: Understand the Customer, Describe Objectives, Detail Hypotheses, and Build Canvas.

The “Achievements Unlocked” feature was also introduced in this update. It serves as a dedicated space to celebrate users’ progress throughout their journey with Interact Flow. The most active users—those who create more processes and make full use of all available elements—will begin receiving exclusive recognitions, acknowledging their effort and dedication.

Evolution of Interact Flow Updates

In June 2025, version 6.0 was released, introducing changes starting from the login page.

The Development and Product team created a new access page containing all the necessary information to help new users get started on their journey.

The “Detail Hypotheses” stage of the Customer Journey was also made available. This stage helps distinguish what is already evidence from what remains a supposition, allowing the team to focus future efforts on testing and validating hypotheses.

At the end of July of the same year, version 7.0 was launched, bringing updates to the Maturity Model, based on Pedro Robledo’s model. This update allows users to create versions to track the evolution of their company’s Process Management over time, making it easier to highlight progress, identify improvements, and demonstrate results.

Artificial Intelligence was incorporated into the Maturity Model, along with a qualitative questionnaire. The information provided is evaluated by the AI and used as a basis for suggesting improvement actions.
