On May 13, Interact participated in Governance Day, held in Brasília. The event is organized by iGOVi, an international non-governmental organization and global leader dedicated to fostering dialogue across interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary dimensions of governance and its practices—an institution of which Interact is a sustaining member.
Governance Day aimed to discuss and promote the interdisciplinary dimensions of governance, contributing to the development of organizations and professionals through value creation in response to global challenges, as well as supporting the transformation of CEOs, leaders, and governance agents.
The program took place throughout the day and featured presentations by Gart Capote, Interact’s brand ambassador, and Anderson Pereira, Director at Interact Excellence. Gart addressed Organizational Nexialism and decision architectures, while Anderson delivered the presentation titled “The Crisis Does Not Begin in Cash Flow—It Begins in Governance.”
“Participating in Governance Day was a highly valuable experience, as the event reinforced something I consider essential: governance is not just about processes or control, but a strategic driver for building stronger, more transparent, and sustainable organizations,” Anderson comments.
The other presentations also addressed important discussions related to the theme, fostering valuable connections and meaningful reflections on governance, strategy, leadership, and organizational transformation. They reinforced the importance of environments that bring together professionals, experiences, and diverse perspectives.
