Interact Participates in the 21st CBGPL

At the end of April, the city of Gramado hosted the 21st CBGPL – Brazilian Congress on Management, Projects, and Leadership, the largest project management event in the country. The event is an initiative of the Brazilian chapters of PMI.

Interact participated for the third consecutive year as a sponsor. In addition, the relationship between the company and PMI RS, the chapter responsible for this edition, has always been strong. Back in 2023, Interact became a sustaining partner of PMI RS, contributing to the dissemination and demystification of agile management best practices.

Beyond sponsorship, Interact also had the opportunity to present the case study “From Code to Culture: Why Evolving Software Is Actually About Transforming People,” delivered by Product Development Manager Artur Tomasi.

The case study addressed the main challenges involved in managing the project of the new version of Interact Suite, which was officially launched on April 28. The project involved multiple areas of the company and was developed simultaneously with other organizational initiatives.

“For the team, there were technical, organizational, and, above all, human challenges. This is because without human alignment, there is no digital transformation,” highlighted Artur.

At the Interact booth, the Sales and Customer Projects teams were available to engage with attendees and present Interact Suite solutions focused on project management.

“Participating in the 21st CBGPL was an extremely enriching experience. The event provided an opportunity to connect with professionals from various industries, better understand their needs, and see how our solutions can support them in their daily work,” said Daniela Dullius, Project Consultant at Interact.

The Interact space also welcomed visits from partners, clients, and industry references such as Ana Catarina Lima Silva, a recognized expert in process governance and BPM, as well as a best-selling author and specialist in corporate governance, technology, and strategic advisory.

“I consider this edition even more special, first because it took place here in Rio Grande do Sul, and also because the audience seemed even more engaged and genuinely interested in learning about Interact’s solutions,” commented Tainá Klein, Customer Projects Coordinator.

The event program featured lectures and workshops related to the field. Among the speakers, we highlight the presentation by Gart Capote, Interact’s brand ambassador. Titled “Nexialism for Projects and Processes – New Management Architectures in the Era of Experience-Centricity,” the talk addressed key challenges related to the lack of integration between projects, processes, and human experiences.

The event proved to be a valuable opportunity for networking, business development, and expanding knowledge in the field.
