During the month of March, students from UNIR – International University of La Rioja began their internship programs at Interact Solutions and Interact Latam.
The group consists of eight students from countries such as Ecuador, Nicaragua, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, the Dominican Republic, and Panama, who are pursuing master’s degrees in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Front-end Design & Development, Strategic Process Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Graphic Design, and Business Intelligence.
The internship will last for one semester, during which students will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired throughout their studies in practice through Interact Suite solutions, while also contributing to the company’s marketing and business strategies.
The program will be divided into two stages: a theoretical phase, introducing Interact and its solutions, followed by a practical challenge with previously defined deliverables.
“Our goal is for these experiences to be truly practical and relevant. We aim for students to gain a deep understanding of Interact Suite, achieve certifications in its modules, become familiar with our methodologies, and actively participate in both internal projects and client initiatives,” says Iván Lasso, Project Director at Interact Latam.
Since the beginning of the partnership between Interact and UNIR four years ago, more than 40 students have participated in the internship program and completed their practical activities with Interact Latam, making the university a strategic pillar for the international business unit.
“In addition, we encourage students not only to complete their internships but also to continue their journey with us by joining the Interact ecosystem as team members, partners, or external consultants,” Iván adds.
For Interact, the practical activities carried out by students from different master’s programs play a fundamental role in expanding knowledge and market perspectives—both for client projects and internal company initiatives. This exchange continuously strengthens the incorporation of improvements and optimizations.
