On September 24, Interact Latam hosted a webinar to explore the concept of the Value Architect and discuss how it contributes to designing intelligent organizations in the age of Artificial Intelligence.
The online event, which brought together more than 400 registrants from various countries, featured Pedro Robledo, who presented the concept and connected it to professionals’ everyday work, as well as Interact partners Joan Contreras, Raúl Fernández, and Iván Sandí, who took part in a round table discussion on the topic.
Organizations today operate in a landscape of constant change, driven by AI, digital transformation, and the need to make faster, more strategic, data-driven decisions. In this context, process and business analysis professionals are evolving into a more strategic profile focused on generating value.
This is where the concept of the Value Architect comes in — with the ability to connect strategy, processes, people, and technology to identify and prioritize initiatives, support more agile organizations, and use Artificial Intelligence as an enabler of transformation.
This perspective, which keeps people and governance at the center, is extremely important, especially since companies tend to adopt AI in an unchecked way, without a clearly defined strategy.
“I believe the challenge isn’t rushing to add more AI, but learning to better design the organization in which that intelligence will operate.” — highlights Robledo, adding that artificial intelligence on its own will not make an organization smarter; it will only amplify what the organization already has.
During the round table, Joan, Raúl, and Iván shared their experiences in process management and reflected on the importance of professionals with value-architect skills for organizations in today’s landscape.
To wrap up, connecting theory with practice and with Interact’s solutions, Fernando Estrada — Interact’s Director of International Business — presented the case study “Gestión Ejecutiva Integrada en el móvil: Todo en un solo lugar” (“Integrated Executive Management on Mobile: Everything in One Place”).
