How Can Information Be Organized in a Large-Scale Operation?

Faced with this scenario, Coopidrogas evaluated different alternatives before choosing Interact Suite, Interact’s corporate management software.
“Like any organization that continuously strives for success, Coopidrogas set out to implement a methodology that would enable us to measure performance and strategic achievement across each of our locations and departments. We also wanted to manage process documentation more efficiently. The volume of information that needed to be managed required a tool capable of managing, analyzing, and controlling these aspects so that they could serve as a source of information for improvement and for monitoring goal achievement.
With this need in mind, we evaluated several software options. During the presentations given by the different providers, some solutions could be adjusted, others could be fully configured, while others were already standardized for their customers. After assessing the aspects that were important to the cooperative, we selected the proposal presented by Interact Solutions because it met our expectations, including a modular application, KPI and document management within a single tool, implementation within a short period, continuous updates, intuitive use for end users, ongoing support, among other benefits.
The installation and use of Interact Suite, through the Interact Document and Interact Performance solutions, were completed quickly. Creating folders, uploading and creating the information required for its use took additional time, as did training the end users. After implementation, we found that the tool fulfills its purpose and allows users to manage their documentation, enter, review, and analyze measurement data, and define related action plans. It provides user-friendly and clear visual environments, as well as reports that support periodic monitoring and review—and, when required, real-time visibility into the areas that need attention.”
