Between June 24 and 27, the city of Asunción, capital of Paraguay, became the center of discussions on the future of digital transformation in Latin America.
The first edition of InsideOut Week brought together international experts, business leaders, and professionals from various sectors for an intense schedule filled with experience sharing, practical training, and reflections on the impact of technology on the customer journey.
The highlight of the event was the InsideOut Summit, held on Friday (June 27) at the Park Plaza Building. With panels and talks led by internationally recognized experts, the Summit explored the real-world application of technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation in strategic areas like healthcare, finance, the public sector, agribusiness, and education.
Key speakers included Gart Capote, a reference in Customer Experience and creator of the “Customer Journey” method; Iván Lasso, a process automation expert; and professionals such as Marta Montiel, Afara Salomon, Juan Talavera, and Jorge Irala. The speakers shared case studies, trends, and tools capable of transforming the relationship between organizations and their audiences.
In addition to the Summit, the week’s schedule featured a hands-on training session led by Gart Capote, focused on deepening the Customer Journey methodology.
Promoted by InQuality Paraguay, the course brought together participants from various sectors of the Paraguayan economy who were interested in developing skills to redesign processes with a genuine focus on user experience and continuous improvement.
Gart highlighted the significance of the initiative:
“It was a truly enriching week in every sense: people, ideas, encounters, and many reflections for the next steps. I once again thank everyone who made this IMPECCABLE event possible, and all those who registered and enriched this incredible journey.”
With a fully in-person format, InsideOut Week established itself as a strategic space for innovation, learning, and networking, emphasizing the synergy between organizational backstage operations and the customer experience.
An event that reinforces the urgency of integrating technology, data, and empathy into increasingly human-centered business models.
The initiative was supported and sponsored by Interact Latam, the Paraguayan Chamber of Fintech, and UNIR – Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, strengthening the institutional commitment to developing a more digital, collaborative, and excellence-oriented organizational culture.
