Interact took part in several events in Santa Catarina throughout the month of November, marking the conclusion of its 2025 event agenda.
On November 26 and 27, the IV Eproc Day was held, organized by the Santa Catarina State Secretariat for Planning and the municipality’s Process Management Office (EPROC). The event addressed digital transformation through processes and artificial intelligence.
During the event, Interact partners such as Viviane Hérica Silva Vieira, President of ABPMP Brazil, and Nicir Chaves, President of iGOVi, had the opportunity to speak. Viviane addressed Process Management, AI, and Smart Cities, while Nicir presented on the Value Chain as a Tool for Process Management.
On the afternoon of November 27, Interact also honored its partner, the Santa Catarina Movement for Excellence, at another edition of the Santa Catarina Excellence Award, which celebrated 20 years of dedication to management excellence in the state and recognized the top performers of the year.
Most of the awarded initiatives shared a common foundation: data-driven management and a culture of continuous improvement—essential factors for ensuring excellence in management.

Finally, on November 28, the 5th edition of the PMI-SC Best of the Year Award took place. The event’s program featured the lecture “PMO as the Engine of Performance”, delivered by Alexandre Penteado, Head of the Corporate PMO at AESC, an Interact client.
