The Interact RS Business Unit, located in Lajeado, is taking an important step in its trajectory by adopting a new name—Interact Alliance.
This change stems from a strategic decision as well as a natural process of evolution. In addition, the new name is aligned with the company’s positioning and its purpose of bringing together efforts and expertise with its clients in order to foster mutual, sustainable growth.
“Each achievement along this journey reflects the relationships built on trust, attentive service, and a deep understanding of each client’s needs. Over the years, we have built true alliances,” says Roberto Meister, Director of Interact Alliance.
Interact Alliance continues with the same purpose that has guided Interact RS to this point: collaboration, unity, and trust—now even more connected to the future.

It is in this spirit that we will continue to move forward, strengthening relationships and generating value at every new stage,” conclude Roberto and Paulo, directors of the Business Unit.
The unit was established around 2012 and, over the past 14 years, has grown and expanded its presence, delivering Interact solutions to clients across Brazil, especially in the healthcare sector. Today, the team is made up of specialized professionals committed to guiding and supporting their clients in achieving certifications and accreditations.
