On October 24, Interact Vision, Interact’s unit in Montes Claros, held a BPM course aimed at professionals and managers interested in implementing the methodology in their daily routines.
The training brought together more than 50 professionals, mostly from the healthcare sector, and covered aspects of BPM from theory to practice.
Gart Capote, Interact Ambassador and one of the leading BPM experts in Brazil, participated in the opening session, presenting an overview of the challenges and benefits of the learning journey toward the practical application of Business Process Management.

Throughout the program, Cláudio Medeiros, Director of Interact Vision, presented the fundamentals of the methodology, while Enael Ferraz, Project Consultant at the unit, provided hands-on experience through Interact Flow, Interact’s free process modeling solution.
“This was the first event on this topic organized in the northern region of Minas Gerais, and we had a strong presence from the healthcare sector. We used Interact Flow as the foundation for the practical activities, and we are now moving forward with the creation of a community of integrated practices to make BPM a discipline that delivers operational and strategic value, especially here in our region,” highlighted Cláudio Medeiros.
After the course, participants also engaged in practical activities to further reinforce the knowledge acquired during the training.
“This training was extremely valuable for us as the Mediodonto team. BPM is a very important strategic tool that supports the company’s strategic management and will greatly help us in our daily operations,” noted Anderson Ferreira Gomes, Manager at Mediodonto.
The BPM practice community in northern Minas Gerais took its first step with this training, and undoubtedly, many other sessions will follow to further develop and spread the methodology.
