On the morning of July 8, the webinar “Governance and Transformation – Efficiency and Value Generation” brought together professionals from the field to discuss the alignment between organizational transformation and the generation of real and sustainable value.
The event, organized by Interact Solutions and Interact Excellence, featured the participation of Nicir Chaves and Anderson Pereira. Nicir is the President of iGOVi and a national reference in governance, organizational transformation, and process management. Anderson is the Director of Interact Excellence, Vice President of iGOVi, holds a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on corporate governance, and has over 20 years of experience in strategy, processes, projects, and ESG.
The topic is extremely relevant, as Nicir herself pointed out during the webinar. While governance may seem like a recent topic, it is in fact long-standing, having been addressed by prominent philosophers throughout history. “Since the beginning of time, governance has been a topic of discussion,” she noted.
In addition, through practical case studies and an applied perspective, the webinar offered a new and clear approach to the challenges faced by managers and the solutions that are making an impact in both the public and private sectors.
