BPM Day RS took place on November 25, in an online and free format, streamed on YouTube.
The event, organized by ABPMP Brasil and ABPMP RS, brought together professionals and researchers in the field to connect minds and transform processes.
The BPM Day RS program featured the participation of Gart Capote — Interact Ambassador and BPM expert; Fernando Estrada — Interact’s International Business Director; and Kay Winkler — founder and president of ABPMP Central America and Caribbean.
In his presentation, Gart discussed the theme of his upcoming book: Organizational Nexialism, the Next Stage of Management Architectures.
Fernando Estrada presented the case “68% More Agile: The BPM Journey in the Financial Sector.” His session highlighted the results achieved through the implementation of Interact’s 3P’s Office Solution at Cooperativa Atuntaqui, one of the largest credit cooperatives in Ecuador.
One of the final presentations of the event was delivered by Kay Winkler who, in addition to being the founder and president of ABPMP Central America and Caribbean, is also an Interact partner. Kay addressed process mining in the era of hyperautomation and its impacts.
