The BPM Hackathon is an online event, created by the Interact Group, whose objective is to solve real Artificial Intelligence and Customer Journey challenges using the Process Management methodology, also known as BPM.
On 12/02, starting at 10 am Brasília time, the event begins, which will last 8 hours. In addition, the program also includes a lecture with Gart Capote, who will address the Customer Journey and Artificial Intelligence associated with processes.
The event brings together professionals from different countries and companies, promoting networking and practical learning about aspects such as organizational strategy, project management, designs, analysis, improvement, robotization and process automation.
